We hope you can join us in North Carolina for our 2026 Annual Meeting!
This 2-day meeting will be held at the Yates Mill Aquatic Conservation Center and the Plant Sciences Building at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.
Abstract submission is now closed.
For those who will be in Raleigh on Sunday night, we will have an optional informal social at the Morgan Street Food Hall in the Warehouse District.
We will display the CSETAC logo at a few tables, so join us if you're in town early!
Tuesday April 14th

Welcome and SETAC North America Updates (8:30 am)
Plenary Talk: "Colleague, Mentor, and Friend: Celebrating Steve" (9:00 am)

Platform Presentations (10:00 am -12:00 pm)
We will have traditional platform presentations (12-minute presentation + 3-minute questions) from students and professionals, with and breaks throughout the day to socialize and network.

Monday April 13th
Short Course with Dr. Greg Cope at Yates Mill Aquatic Conservation Center (10:00 am - 12:00 pm)
The Yates Mill Aquatic Conservation Center is helping conserve North Carolina’s rarest freshwater species through propagation, research, education, and public outreach. Director Greg Cope will walk us through the history and significance of this center, followed by a behind-the-scenes tour the propagation area and chance to explore the nearby visitor center and restored mill. Spots for this short course are limited, so please register early!
Plan to pack a lunch and join us for a picnic in the Historic Yates Mill County Park. Howling Cow Ice Cream will be provided on the outdoor patio space after the conclusion of the workshop.
Poster Session at NC State Plant Sciences Building (2:00pm - 4:30 pm)
All poster presenters may set up their posters starting at 1:45pm and are expected to be near their poster during their poster session time (either 2:00-3:00 or 3:30-4:30). Between sessions we will have Microscopic Talks.
Social Dinner at Incendiary Brewing Co (6:30 pm)
